A booking comes in
From your booking system, or added by hand. The guest gets a link by text or email.

The guest does three things on their phone
Shows their ID with a selfie. Signs your house rules. Leaves a deposit, or pays a small waiver instead.

The door code appears
Only when all three are done. On your dashboard the booking turns green.
What it means for you
You know who is in your flat.
Name, date of birth and ID type, checked against a live selfie.

The deposit costs you nothing.
It is held on the guest's card, never charged, and released the day after check-out.
If something breaks, you claim with photos.

What happens to the guest’s ID
- ID checked securely by Stripe
- Photos deleted automatically after check-out
- Card details handled by Stripe
You can view the guest's ID photo and selfie until 24 hours after check-out; each view is logged. You keep the name, date of birth, nationality, ID type and last four digits for 12 months after the stay. Card details are held by Stripe.

Prices exclude VAT where applicable. A check-in is charged once, when the guest completes ID verification; cancelled bookings, guests who don't finish and resent links aren't charged. No card needed for the free check-ins. Billed monthly in arrears.
